Marcello Coan graduated with a degree in law (LLM) from the University of Padua - Treviso in October 2010.
He enrolled in the Register of Trainee Lawyers at the Treviso Bar Association in November 2010; in October 2013 he qualified to practice law at the Venice Court of Appeal and has been a member of the Bar Association since December of the same year.
He has worked with Vincenzo Grosso since 2011 and joined Studio Grosso Avvocati in 2015.
Mr Coan specialises in civil law, focusing specifically on: contract law for companies both in Italy and abroad - drafting and negotiating agreements for distributions, concessions, sponsorships, agency contracts, supply contracts, contract logistics, private contract work, transfer of company holdings, transfer, sale and lease of a company; business crisis law; real estate law - advising on sales and leases, including commercial leases, for both estate agencies and private individuals.
In the field of administrative law, he focuses on urban planning, construction, environmental issues and trade regulations.
