dr. Fabiano Chiappini Attorney-at-Law
Fabiano Chiappini graduated with a degree in law (LLM) from the University of Padua in 2003.
He enrolled in the Register of Trainee Lawyers at the Treviso Bar Association in 2004; in 2007, he qualified to practice law at the Venice Court of Appeal and has been a member of the Bar Association since November of the same year.
From the very start of his career, he has worked with Vincenzo Grosso, joining Studio Grosso Avvocati in 2015.
He attended the two-year post-graduate training course on employment and labour law entitled Diritto del Lavoro, Sindacale e della Previdenza Sociale “Luca Boneschi”, organised by AGI-Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani.
Mr Chiappini practises civil law both in and out of court, focusing in particular on contracts, labour law, tenders, debt collection, leases, condominiums and rights in rem. With regard to administrative law, he has specialised and continues to practise in the fields of construction and urban planning, tenders and healthcare law.
